Joy Palfery

Joy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 13 years' experience in consultancy and an impressive track record in improving the fit between jobs and people.

Joy's extensive technical expertise includes end-to-end assessment design, competency development, assessment / development centres, 360 feedback, coaching and teambuilding. Joy is particularly known as an assessment / development centre design guru and is a specialist in developing simulation exercises. Joy is accredited in an unusually large selection of psychometrics and is also a Business Practitioner in NLP holding a Post Graduate Certificate in
coaching.

Prior to working with Indigo Assessment Solutions, Joy worked for Business Psychology firms SHL and Interactive Skills. Her wide-ranging consultancy experience has covered the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, from junior admin to Board level. She is an active member of the profession having presented at various conferences and is a British Psychological Society Chartership Supervisor for Practitioners-in-Training.

Joy is a Chartered Psychologist having gained her psychology degree from the University of Reading and her Master's degree from The University of Nottingham.
