de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats®
Too many meetings waste time and stall decisions. Six Thinking Hats® gives teams a simple, structured way to think together. Keeping discussions focused, ideas explored and decisions made faster - boosting clarity, productivity and confidence across your organisation.
Overview
Developed by Dr Edward de Bono, Six Thinking Hats® separates thinking into six modes to turn chaotic discussions into productive sessions. You’ll be able to:
- Halve meeting times and reach clear, actionable outcomes.
- Shift from reactive or negative thinking to positive, fact-based decision-making.
- Ensure every voice is heard, not just the loudest or most senior.
For organisations, this saves time, boosts collaboration and improves decision-making. For individuals, it builds confidence and makes it easier to contribute in meetings.
